Project & Service Manager

The function
As a Project & Service Manager, you get energy from starting, organizing, executing and supervising projects. You direct between all stakeholders and make sure everything is delivered within the set deadlines. You amaze the customer, you amaze the team and yourself! This is what drives you and this is where your passion lies.
The unique aspect of this dual role in our organization is that after the project is delivered, you also remain the point of contact for the client as Service Manager. So you stay in contact with the customer, can take the lead and play an important role in strategic governance. Your working day will therefore include plenty of coffee, challenging projects, fun colleagues and, above all, a wonderful clientele with diverse organizations, projects and solutions.
You will work as a Project & Service Manager at one of our locations in Papendrecht and Nieuwkuijk. Here you will work with your team members on the digital transition and innovation of our customers. You do this on the one hand by delivering projects and on the other hand by developing relationships as Service Manager. At every step you think about whether things can be done better, how we can grow as a team and how we can optimize the way we work. After all, there is always room for improvement! And you coordinate this with clients, partners and management. In short, you ensure that all projects run smoothly and you are the connecting factor between our team, the solution and the customer!
